Cannaprenuer Partners is a Massachusetts cannabis company founded in 2019 by Michael Scott, who previously founded and sold Natures Remedy in Massachusetts for $100M+ to Trulieve and Jushi Holdings. Cannaprenuer currently operates three dispensaries under the “Joint Operations” brand with a fourth coming this year. They recently signed a deal to acquire Pioneer Valley Extracts in Massachusetts, giving them both extraction and manufacturing capabilities. Due to this recent activity, they expect revenues in 2024 to grow to $15M-$20M from $3.5M in 2023.
