Tommy Nigro, CEO of North Oak Investment is a certified private lender and certified fund manager. Mr. Nigro joined North Oak in 2017 as one of its first employees and became partner and CEO after years of successful management and business development. He has overseen the origination, underwriting, and management of over 700 loans, totaling more than $70,000,000 since 2017. Mr. Nigro and his wife, Jessica have been married for 10 years and have two sons and a daughter. Their family gives back in many ways, including as licensed foster parents. He enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, backpacking, and traveling with his family.
