Vertical Petroleum Industries (VPI) was founded in 2016 by Dan Sauer, an oil developer in Ardmore, Oklahoma. We partner with geologists to locate and acquire oil and gas leases, contract with experienced licensed operators, and administer all legal work, marketing, and capital fundraising required to drill oil & gas wells for tax advantages and profit.
Given today’s oil environment, Mr. Sauer believes the 101 Ranch Development’s potential 240% first-year return will make it the most profitable project in VPI history. The current 101 Ranch Estates #5 will be our 23rd project and 52nd well funded/drilled without a dry hole.
